The Tibetan Seat is a firm rectangular zafu developed by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and used in meditation centers all over the world. Ours has an exquisite 2-color 100% cotton duck fabric shell over a firm and comfortable foam block. Our foam is easy on your at the back of, and firm enough to provides you with the fortify you wish to have – we admit it, we think it’s just right! This cushion has a comfy pleated top and carrying Take care of. The Tibetan Seat comes in three handsome color combinations – Red with Yellow, Black with Blue, and Black with Burgundy. When sitting on it, the meditator’s feet and ankles touch the zabuton or carpeted floor, but the knees do not. That is particularly helpful for many who aren’t flexible enough to get their knees to the floor. The Seat serves as a relaxed platform for meditation, taking note of talks, or studying at a low table. The Tibetan Seat measures approximately 16.5” wide, 12” deep, 6” high. The shell is removable and machine washable.
