Agua de Jamaica Tradicional

(Traditional Mexican Hibiscus Tea)

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of Mexican dried hibiscus flowers

– 2 quarts of water

– Sugar.

Instructions:

1.- Add 2 cups of dried hibiscus flowers to 4 cups of water

2.- Bring to a boil, scale back heat to low and

let it simmer for 10 minutes.

3.-Do away with from heat. Cover and let take a seat for 20 minutes.

4.-Strain into a glass.

5.-Add remaining 4 cups of water and sugar to taste.

5.-Serve chilled over ice.
