The organic version of our standard arrowroot starch, is sometimes called arrowroot powder or arrowroot flour. Arrowroot powder is an easily digested starch. Incessantly used as a thickener in many foods, and may be utilized in cakes, cookies and different baked goods. Arrowroot starch is superb for gluten free baking. It’s a very good gluten-free substitute for different starches and flours when used as a thickening agent.
