DIRECTIONS
1. Place your strainer bag within the bowl
2. Depending at the strength you prefer, measure 2 to 4 TBSP of Kava for each and every serving you plan to prepare into the strainer bag
3. Pour 8 to 12 oz of water for each and every serving you plan to prepare into the strainer bag
4. Let steep for 5 minutes until Kava softens
5. With clean hands, twist the top of your strainer bag closed. Knead and wring the strainer bag for about 5 minutes. Watch out to not let any kava root escape into the water. Get rid of the strainer bag with the kava root from the bowl
6. Chill Kava; Drink or add ice and enjoy!
