Description
Cumin (pronounced “KYOO-min”) is a spice produced from the dried seed of a plant referred to as Cuminum cyminum, which is a member of the parsley circle of relatives. Cumin is repeatedly utilized in Mexican, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisines, among many others.
