Description
Garlic (Allium Sativum) is an herbaceous perennial plant with a complex bulb, a large number of oblong-ovate sessile bulbs, enclosed in a common white membrane. Bulbs can also be white, yellowish, dark violet, pink-violet in color. Garlic propagates vegetatively with the assistance of bulbs. The stalk is leafy, straight. The leaves are flat, linear, grooved on top, sharp, keeled at the bottom. The inflorescence within the type of an umbrella is covered with a membranous cover until flowering. The height of Garlic is 30-60 cm. The plant blooms in June-July.
