Description
Stinging nettle is a perennial herb originating in Eurasia, however now naturalized over much of the arena. Its many documented uses, from way back to the Bronze Age, resulted in its seed being carried to a large number of regions by settlers, where the plant soon escaped cultivation.
Directions:
To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb, duvet and steep 3-five mins.
