It adds taste and aroma to soups, casseroles and sauces. Hyssop could also be used as a gargle. It blends perfectly with any cooking when used in moderation. Remove the cut and sifted flowers from the blend and mix them with fruits and green salads to add more taste, color and texture to the serving.
