Citrullus lanatus “Crimson Sweet” Dark green rind with light green stripes adorn this large, round fruit. These watermelon average around 25 lb. Inside is dark red, firm, with small seeds. 1-2 fruits per plant. Very sweet. Thin to the strongest two or three plants as soon as the seedlings appear. Watermelons will have to be planted in full sun and rich, loose soil.
