Coriander seeds come from the same plant as cilantro, though the flavors are very different. Coriander is popular in Indian cooking and also used for pickling, sausage making and beer brewing.
Can be used to add texture to curry rubs or even pan roasted and eaten as a snack. Our aromatic, fresh coriander seeds are split in half to maximize flavor.
Hand packed and sealed in square bottom glass jars that fit most standard spice racks (container dimensions are 2”x2”x3”). Jars are re-sealable and the opening is big enough to seize a pinch or even use a teaspoon. We pack in small batches so you’ll be assured the spice you are getting is fresh, flavorful and aromatic. You can smell and taste the difference very quickly.
