The Original
Catskills Comfrey Original is an ointment consisting of fractionated coconut oil, Referred to as MCT oil, and Greek olive oil – and heavily infused with organically-grown, dried comfrey (uplandicum strain) from the larger leaves. We don’t use any a part of the comfrey root nor do we use any oil extracts or essential oils; it is a fully-infused product. This can be a topical application, which can be utilized several times day by day, depending on the actual condition you are treating and its severity.
Allantoin, The Cell-Proliferant
Comfrey contains allantoin, an acknowledged cell-proliferant, which encourages growth of new skin cells and increases white blood cells. Allantoin is commonly added to cosmetic creams and lotions.

Catskills Comfrey Original is a herbal ointment, topically applied and particularly effective for any type of surface or subdermal skin inflammation, eg, Trigger Finger symptoms and arthritic conditions, wasp stings, acne, cold sores, sprains, pulled/sore muscles, ligaments and underlying tissue. Referred to as ‘knit bone’ with a long history as a medicinal, comfrey accelerates the healing process for sprains and broken bones.
