This year 2020 has by far been the toughest year of my life personally as I am sure there are other people in the world that feel the same way.
December 13, 2019, I was in a bad automobile accident due to someone running a red light at a speed of 80 mph and striking my side of the car.

With all my injuries, I started 2020 off with healing and then not even two months later my Mother passed away on February 06, 2020, completely unexpected due to not even being sick.

Now I am at October 22, 2020, my Father passed away after suffering from prostate cancer for five years.
In this one year I have lost two of the most important people in my life that can never be replaced or forgotten.

When I was in the automobile accident that was not caused by my actions, I did not ask why me I said wow I am blessed because the Divine Creator saved my life, so I could continue on my mission in this life and I also knew I was blessed that my children were not in the car with me, so they were not hurt.
When my mom passed away yes it felt like a crappy hand I was dealt however, I knew that I had to respect the universe and how it works even if that meant taking someone I loved deeply and truly.
We are all on a temporary mission and every single person has a deadline to complete their mission in each life.
Sometimes it can be very painful to let someone we love so dearly go because it is their physical presence that we miss so passionately.
When we understand it is only the physical body that is laid to rest due to the fact that energy can never be created or destroyed only transferred, then it is easier to know that your loved one’s energy is still and forever will be present in the universe even when you can not physically touch it or see it.
My Father whom I loved deeply was the second hardest thing I have had to go through with losing my mom being the first hardest thing I went through.
I watched my Father’s health continue to decline over a five-year period after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
My Mother and My Father were married for 42 years and once my Mother passed away my Father’s health went into a complete downward spiral.
My parents passed away eight months apart as if the love was so strong between the two they could not live without each other.
When my Father passed away I did not ask why my dad or why me, I understood his body was tired and needed to rest from fighting so hard to beat all the odds after being told he only had a few weeks to live, and he proved them wrong by living for six months longer.
As much as I love my dad and did not want to let him go I love him enough to agree to see him later when my mission here is over.
Sometimes we get caught up in our own love for someone we do not realize what the other person is actually dealing with or the pain they may be in, and we love them so much we never want to let them go however, when we love someone we also have to love them enough to let them go.
I am forever grateful for the 38 years that I was blessed to spend with my parents even if it is a very short period of time to make lifelong memories.
There are times when we go through a very tough situation it can really break us down if we are reacting to it solely with emotions.
When we actually analyze any situation to see the bigger picture than we can have a more positive outcome.
I would rather let my dad rest in peace than to have a selfish love for him and want him here to lay in pain and suffer.
No one in this entire world will ever have a perfect life without any obstacles for the challenges is what teaches us the lessons we need to learn.
If we never had a bad day it would be impossible for us to appreciate or even know what a great day looks or feels like.
Every single day be grateful and count your blessings rather than your problems than you will begin to see how blessed you are just to wake up every single day because some people did not get another day.
