GET ALL 4 BOUNCE SERIES WORKOUTS

Welcome to the BOUNCE Series, a fun series of workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder lets you perform high intensity jumps in a low affect, joint friendly way. You are going to perform cardio exercises as well as use the rebounder for unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. If you don’t have a rebounder you’ll still perform all of these exercises on the floor.

THE WORKOUTS ARE:

Cardio Sculpt (28 mins): You are going to see your whole favourite old school aerobics moves as well as some new combinations. This routine is mostly cardio with lots of low affect, high intensity moves that will get your heart rate up and the sweat flowing!

Cardio Sculpt Lower (37 mins): You are going to alternate high energy cardio moves that will get your heart rate up with squats and lunges to let your heart rate recuperate and put your lower body to work. The lower body toning segments are on and off the trampoline so that you get a larger range of motion.

Total Body (55 mins): You are going to alternate cardio based segments with sculpting for the lower body, upper body and abs, both on and off the trampoline. There are some great balance challenge moves that use all of your core to help you stabilize as well as old school cardio moves that will spike your heart rate and burn fat fast.

Barre (63 mins): You are going to alternate high energy cardio intervals with target toning barre exercises for lower body and arms. Performing traditional barre squats and tucks on the unstable surface of the rebounder is very challenging and gets your whole muscles firing. For one of the vital exercises You are going to need something to hold on to as this one truly challenges your balance!
