We all deserve restful nights sleep every night, so we can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start our day.
Many of us when we are living a busy life, it can be hard to rest good due to so many thoughts running through our minds as well as when we have a stressful day.
Getting a restful nights sleep is important so our bodies can repair itself to keep our body functioning properly and also improve our health.
When we feel tired and restless it can be hard to focus on important things or anything that we need to focus on.
It is said that eight hours of sleep every night is important for the body to be at its best.
Even though eight hours of sleep is idea to feel our best, it is possible to get the same results with less sleep if we are getting a deep relaxation in the hours that we are asleep.
Many times it is not possible for some of us to sleep a full eight hours due to our responsibilities that we must take care of such as children, jobs, or simply just because our body is trained to sleep less due to years of routine.
Our body will always let us know when it needs rest as well as when it does not by either feeling drained or full of energy.

I personally start meditating one hour before I know that I am ready to go to sleep by going to a quiet room and then putting in my headphones with soothing music playing that is on the 432hz or 528hz frequency.
While I am listening to the beautiful music in my headphones, I also close my eyes and begin to visualize everything I desire in my life and how I want the next day to go.
I also use affirmations that helps to create the kind of days I desire to have and experience every day.
When our minds become clear from many of the negative thoughts we have every day, this will help to create our days and even weeks the way we desire them to be instead of the stressful days we do not wish to have.
What we are watching as well as listening to before we go to sleep has a direct effect on what type of sleep we will have.
What we are feeding our eyes and ears before we go to sleep also have an effect on the dreams we have.
When our minds are calm and at peace at the end of the day, this has a positive effect on our sleep patterns and how we manifest things into our life.
When someone goes to sleep mad and stressed out, they are more likely to have bad dreams, restless sleep, and also wake up the next morning having a bad day.
We have the power to consciously create every day the way we want it to be by removing all the negative thoughts from our minds and replacing them with positive thoughts.

Many of us spend time on social media every single day as it can be somewhat addictive however, it can have a negative effect on us as well.
It is best if you are on social media to disconnect yourself from it at least three to four hours before going to sleep.
Many of the phone and computer screens have a negative effect on our sleep patterns when we are watching them right before going to sleep.
With social media no matter whether we are looking at positive or negative things on social media, it is the screens on these devices we use for social media that has the negative effects on our brain and eyes for it wakes the brain up rather than calming it to get the best sleep.
Social media as well as the internet can be used for great things as it can also be used for negative things.
The internet and social media is a place where you can find amazing inspiration and also valuable information however, we must not let it interfere with our health and getting the rest that our body needs to remain functioning properly.
There is a time and a place for everything, it is important that we are only investing our time in the things that are helping us to grow mentally and spiritually rather than the things that are affecting us negatively and keeping us on a lower vibration.
Another way social media can hurt us is if we are looking at something that may upset us before going to sleep, then it will have a negative effect on what type of rest we get.
It is also important that we do not compare our self to other people that is on social media for we are all on our individual journey of life, so we are not meant to all be in the same position as the next person.
